AUTOMATION
VOICEMAIL
You need to record each voicemail and upload it into your account.
Here’s how you do it…
1. This is the tool I use to record and edit audio on my computer. It’s free and it’s easy to use. Get it here. If you prefer to use another app to record just be sure the quality and volume are good.
2. Go here to see the complete list of voicemails you need to record for each of the situations you will encounter while using the system.
3. Listen to each audio recording and write down the script you use to record your own. Record ALL of them even if you don’t think you will use all of them.
4. IMPORTANT: Make sure you name each one properly. Use the same name I have given for each one. This helps me to quickly locate the correct one and assign it to the correct button to trigger it.
AUDACITY OVERVIEW
In this video I show you how to always end up with high quality audio that sounds great everytime! This is an important step so don’t skip it! The quality of your audio is a direct relfection on you and your offer. You don’t want to lose money simply because your audio is poor quality.
Having a good quality microphone also makes a huge difference in your audio quality. Go here to see the microphone I use and highly reccommend.
ONE-TOUCH EMAIL
I will set up each of the emails in your account. You will need to edit only a few of the emails to add your information to brand them.
I will create a custom email signature for you which will be automatically displayed in each of the emails that are sent out by you through the system. This way you can easily edit it if you need to without having to edit all of the emails individually.
I will also create a signature image of your first name which will be displayed in your email signature. It’s a nice touch that helps you to stand out.
I will also create a brand image which will also appear in your signature as well as at the top of the page on each of your SmartPack pages.
DISPOSITIONS
I will set up each of the disposition sets in your account. You do not have to do anything here.
I will assign the correct email and/or voicemail for each button accordingly. This means the appropriate action or actions will happen automatically when you click or tap the associated buttons to trigger same.
Not all of the emails will be triggered by a disposition set button. You will send those emails by clicking on the “Send Email” button and choosing the pre-written email you wish to send while looking at a persons contact record from the drop down list which will be available once I set your emails up.
